Changing Minds One Meal At A Time

Known to fans as The Sober Dietitian and author of the “I’m Too Depressed to Cook” cookbook, Sydney Greene spent years making peace with alcohol, exercise & food. Her painful path taught her something she hadn’t learned in school: nutrition and mindful eating are powerful recovery tools.

Sydney’s goal is simple: make it easier for people to make smart choices. On stage or screen, she turns complicated nutrition and addiction science into something we can all understand.

Professionals will go back to work replenished with a better understanding of the impact of food on mood, plus strategies to weave nutrition into multiple aspects of recovery support.

Community audiences will love Sydney’s personality and fresh approach. Choose a signature talk or a custom topic to complete the agenda at your coming event.
